:[color=#e74c3c] I have worked with multiple members of staff within AON Just with other server's and such and a main server I was staff on would have to be, Ice DARKRP: I learned alot from them as I was a HEAD Admin about two years ago, After that I moved on to National Task Force Gaming. Over the months of working for and with the owners on national task force/NTF I aqquired the rank of HOS (This is where I met Negan, Adolf, Derek, Nick, ETC) [/color]
Have you previously broken any rules of the server to get yourself in an admin sit or receive a punishment for the actions that you have done?

As a future staff member of the AON community, what do you think your biggest weakness will be? How will you overcome your weakness? How will you deal with it?
[color=#e74c3c] Being able to see old player's who I had quarrels with.
So far my way i've overcome this has been insane, Adolf is a man I never saw myself talking to in a respectful manner but in a matter of days I was able to apologise and sort things out same with lots of other players and for that reason I believe I will be able to do that with all the players in my past.[/color][/b]
[b]As a future staff member of the AON community, what do you think your strongest value is? How will you take advantage of it?
[color=#e74c3c]Respect And Control. I've always been able to control my actions whether or not I showed them. On NTF I was a minge and I've really grown away from that version of myself.
Growing is also a Huge Value

[color=#e74c3c]I've always enjoyed working with Negan, and he always treats all of his staff with so much respect and I really wouldn't see myself with another owner as I wouldnt fit in with the crowd because at moments we need to be serious but at other times we need to have jokes and Im a combination of most even though I've never showed that, Thats what I'm here to do, Show me as a grown person and not a immature person.[/color]
Why do you think we should choose you out of all the other members applying for staff? What stands out? What are your strong points?
[color=#e74c3c]I believe I stand out because I have worked with the Owner's they have seen how I can act when I really need to be and that for me, means they can trust me alone in a room with the server and not expect a ban wave. I truthfully believe we are all equal even as staff to player's we shouldnt have to fight when a Dream server is NO MINGES NO RULEBREAKERS but thats a world that wont ever happen, Until I get staff that is. [/color]
