No As a future staff member of the AON community, what do you think your biggest weakness will be? How will you overcome your weakness? How will you deal with it? I usually get distracted from other things like zoning out or not responding to anyone because of that but it usually happens at home aswell but i sometimes snap and focus on what im doing so its not that major thing to happen most of the time but i can get the hang of it. As a future staff member of the AON community, what do you think your strongest value is? How will you take advantage of it? My strongest value is mostly just patience, lets say an admin sit between bob and john takes a little longer than usual, I can wait for them to post some evidence they have available but for that to happen i would just return to their positions and wait for one of their responses with evidence available. Why do you want to be a staff member?  I would like to join the staff team is because I t[/b][b]idy up the community like every staff members do, and mostly take sits professionally like all staff does. Making sure everything goes to place and would not take anyone's sides no matter how major this admin sit would take in place. Helping players is one of the main reasons for me to become part of the staff team, I've been helping them out even i'm not staff myself, being a sociable person, I like to talk to players who are in need and give them the right guidance. I also want to stop the players who are not abiding by the rules.[/b] [b]Why do you think we should choose you out of all the other members applying for staff? What stands out? What are your strong points? [/b][b]What make me get over from others is[/b][b] because I feel I have what it takes, it's important to have people that can cope with the pressure as well as learn and teach as best they can, and it's all about engaging activities with the community. Whether this be by events helping out with sits. I have the knowledge and integrity to help out where possible or impossible, I am active, fun and friendly but most importantly I am fair. If people break the rules, they need to know and understand what they did wrong. I want to help out and ensure people are sticking to the rules while playing on the server. I've been staff generally for a few years based on Santos and I exactly know how things go, without judging or taking sides being neutral in all terms of events and not siding with popular and known people or special ones.[/b] [b]Do you have any warning on the server?
