What server are you applying for?
- SantosRP
Have you played on any of the AON servers before?
- No, SantosRP is the first AON server I have played on.
Have you ever been a staff member of any other community/server?
- Yes, a few years ago I was staff manager of the third most popular DarkRP server at that time called EntityRP. On almost ever server I have been a staff member I eventually became a high ranking member of staff due to my experience, dedication and calm/collected stance as a member of staff.
Have you previously broken any rules of the server to get yourself in an admin sit or receive a punishment for the actions that you have done?
- I personally have not broken any rules on the server but have been witness and apart of around 3, within these staffs sits I very much disliked how they were handled. I saw sits handled very publicly, either in the middle of the street or within shops both cases I am referring to caused even more issues for staff due to the publicity of the sits.
As a future staff member of the AON community, what do you think your biggest weakness will be? How will you overcome your weakness? How will you deal with it?
- I believe my biggest weakness will be my activity, at least until the summer. Currently I have a job and work a minimum of 3 days a week most of the time 5 days a week. During those days, If they are on the week days that is, I will most likely only be active on the server a maximum of 3-4 hours. Balancing work, school, and my staff position may lead to some issues but once I am out of school in 2 months it won’t be a problem and I can be more active earlier in the day.
As a future staff member of the AON community, what do you think your strongest value is? How will you take advantage of it?
- I believe my strongest value is my experience, I am a very experienced overall staff from a range of different servers including DarkRP, MilitaryRP, StarwarsRP, 1945RP and others. This experience has made me become a very calm and collected person even in the most stressful of staff situations and has allowed me to have the ability to teach others to become good staff due to my extensive experience as Staff Manager, Co-Owner, Head Admin, etc. on many servers. I do believe I am best suited dealing with the overall establishment and management of staff as I have created many SOP’s, applications, player/staff reports, and even general rules for servers. I will utilize this value to try my best in overall making the community a better server were players respect and believe in the staff to keep the server a safe roleplaying environment.
Why do you want to be a staff member?
- I want to become a staff member because of my experiences with the community on Santos, I see players openly believe the staff is currently very bad and I want to try and do all I can to help fix that because personally my experiences with the staff makes me completely understand why they are seen as they are.
Why do you think we should choose you out of all the other members applying for staff? What stands out? What are your strong points?
- The reason you should choose me over other applicants is because I am not only very experienced in staff but I am applying to this server because I truly want to make it a better community and have the dedication to do it.
